As you are well aware, this year “would have been” the third year in a row of damage to your building and my rental space, had it not been for your foresight in discovering and purchasing building protection (I think you called it an Aqua-dam). I have said this before, however I am compelled to reiterate; more landlords would retain more and happier tenants if they displayed the same initiative, understanding and willingness to “make things right” as you and Terry continue to exhibit. I look forward to our continuing relationship.
